Refund policy

At Bravo Furniture, we are committed to customer satisfaction and ensuring our products meet high-quality standards. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, faulty or defective items, transportation issues, and warranty limitations, in compliance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To qualify:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✔ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

📌 Note: If you received free shipping on your order, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please email cs@bravofurniture.co.uk before sending the item back.

2. Faulty or Defective Items

Your furniture is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, including faulty parts, materials, or workmanship. This includes components such as tops, drawers, shelves, plinths, and hardware.

If a defect is reported within 30 days of delivery, we will:
✔ Ship replacement part(s) at no cost to you.
✔ If necessary, replace the full product at our discretion.
✔ Cover return shipping costs if a product needs to be sent back.

If an issue arises after 30 days, we may still provide replacement parts, if available, though charges may apply.

3. Issues During Delivery

We take responsibility for damages, missing components, or missing products that occur before delivery is completed. However, once an item is marked as “delivered” by the courier, any claims regarding lost or missing items must be addressed directly with the delivery provider.

4. Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:
❌ Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
❌ Use in non-residential settings (e.g. commercial or rental use).
❌ Damage caused by modifications or unauthorized repairs.
❌ Items purchased from unauthorized sellers.

5. How to Make a Claim

To report a faulty or missing part, please email cs@bravofurniture.co.uk with:
• Photos of the issue.
• Batch number (if available).
• Part number (for replacement requests).

Our team will review your claim and provide the next steps.
