Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

✔ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
✔ Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
✔ If we experience a high volume of orders, dispatch may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Delivery & Shipping Costs

✔ Free Shipping: Standard delivery costs are included in all prices—no additional shipping charges at checkout.
✔ Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within [X] business days after dispatch (subject to courier service and location).

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

✔ Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
✔ Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours of dispatch.

 

4. Damages & Lost Shipments

✔ If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at cs@bravofurniture.co.uk and provide photos of the damage.
✔ Retain all original packaging, as it may be required for a claim.
✔ In cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier to provide a resolution.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

✔ All orders are shipped within the UK, so no import duties apply.
✔ VAT is already included in the product price at checkout.
✔ If ordering outside the UK, any local import duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility.
